Getting the money back for buyers who purchased from HUMA MEDIATERRANEO (complex Almanzora Country Club), GARDEMA DEVELOPMENTS S.L (complex Valle de Calpe), DETINSA, ( Residencial la Via, Denia) and who did not have bank guarantees.

We hope that this article will bring some light to readers who paid a deposit to developers in Spain, such as HUMA, GARDEMA, DETINSA, etc. and thought that because they did not have a bank guarantee, they would not be able to get their money back.

As we informed our readers back in 2011, there exists a good legal possibility to get the deposits back from the banks even if they have not issued an individual bank guarantee for you, as long as they have a general bank guarantee line approved. Currently there are many Court Orders confirming what we foresaw some time ago, such as the Province Audience of Murcia, Malaga, Valencia, etc.

From the court cases we have dealt with and that we have won, we know now that:

HUMA MEDITERRANEO in the complex of ALMANZORA COUNTRY CLUB has provided bank guarantees to buyers, through at least these 3 banks: BANCO POPULAR SA, BANCO DE VALENCIA and BANKINTER.

GARDEMA DEVELOPMENTS S.L in the complex at VALLE DE CALPE provided bank guarantees to purchasers through BANCO POPULAR, and DETINSA in the complex of Residencial la Via, Denia, used Caja Madrid, now BANKIA.

Therefore, it should be understood that these banks had an agreement with the said developers to give bank guarantees to the buyers-consumers of the mentioned complex.

Our firm, after helping affected buyers, is happy to offer a no win no fee deal, only in these complexes, for any buyers who are able to prove that a deposit was paid into the developer’s bank accounts at these banks.
